The whole day will be facilitated by a psychotherapist and a certified yoga instructor, designed to help you rediscover yourself through reflective workshops and gentle movement sessions to help you reconnect.
This retreat is being organised in collaboration with The Livel Health Hub, specialists in lifestyle medicine.
