An employee research tool that provides the organisation with detailed information gathered first-hand from its employees. This data enables Directors, Managers and HR personnel to gain a detailed insight into the general well-being of their workforce and organisation as a whole.

Professional emotional and psychological support given to employees by qualified mental health practitioners, i.e. clinical psychologists, counselling psychologists, gestalt psychotherapists, family therapists and counsellors. Employees can talk about anything ranging from stress related to work to issues in one’s personal life.

Healthy Minds Consult

Richmond Foundation consults organisations in developing and implementing a tailored Mental Health Policy. It also guides and helps Management and HR personnel with maintaining a good relationship with their employees and with managing the difficult situations that might arise.

Richmond Foundation, a registered non-governmental and non-profit making organisation (VO/0017), helps thousands of people with mental health problems and their relatives every year. Since the aim of the Foundation is to assist as much people as possible, most of our services are free of charge or at a very reduced price. By making use of Healthy Minds Work, organisations are not only helping their workforce, functionality and productivity, but also supporting Richmond Foundation in sustaining the services it provides to those who do not have the means to pay.
