Healthy Minds Recharge is a one day wellbeing retreat organised by Richmond Foundation. Designed to help individuals reconnect with themselves, realign with their values, and reset their mental wellbeing, the retreat features reflective workshops led by a psychotherapist and wellness activities guided by a certified yoga instructor. It includes healthy meals, snacks, and refreshments, all in a serene setting to support emotional and mental rejuvenation.
